Preorder/ Final Order Policy

At The Hair Gram, each wig is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards. Please allow 2–7 business days for all preordered wigs to be processed. In the rare event of a delay, processing will not exceed 7 business days. 

For sanitary and quality assurance reasons, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you agree to our store policies and confirm that you understand all items are final sale. 

All ready-to-wear wigs must be picked up or shipped the same day they are purchased. This helps us maintain proper handling and quality standards for every order.
